The Latin word for growth is incrementum. It’s a beautiful reminder that growth and healing takes time and isn’t linear. That’s why I started Incremental. Our mission is to make therapy accessible, effective, and warm. We’ve heard the criticisms. Therapy can be cold or confusing. We believe in authentic expression, genuine connection, and mutual accountability. We hope to be a trusted resource in your wellness journey.
